Viverae, a workplace wellness provider based in Dallas, experienced an 86 percent increase in revenue in the last three years, a highly impressive growth rate that continues to draw attention on a national—and local—scale. In August, Viverae made the Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest growing companies for the fifth time and, in early September, made the top 25 list for the fourth time in the Fast Tech Awards sponsored by North Texas’ Metroplex Technology Business Council.

Viverae is best known in the $6 billion workplace wellness industry for helping employers manage healthcare costs through technology platforms that provide personalized health experiences for employees and easy access to by-the-minute population metrics for administrators.

“Viverae continues to experience tremendous growth because of our progressive team and comprehensive product offering,” Michael Nadeau, CEO at Viverae, said in a press release. “Our ability to anticipate client needs enables us to continue to increase our growth rate, and will keep us positioned as thought leaders in the health management industry.”

In addition to receiving many accolades for continued growth and leadership, Viverae is also acknowledged for its own healthy culture and frequently recognized as one of the healthiest places to work in the country.

In July, the company made Fortune Magazine’s “Top 20 Best Workplaces in Healthcare,” saying “it comes as no surprise that (Viverae) sets a tone of wellness for its own workers.” This dedication to employee wellness was praised earlier this year as well, with the Platinum Fit-Friendly Award from the American Heart Association® (AHA) for the sixth consecutive year.
